We opened our IM Motors display at Mall of the Emirates on 5 May. The event ran from 10 AM to 11 PM. It was an important day for us. It marked our first major roadshow at one of Dubai’s premier retail destinations.
The theme carried a strong message: Discover the Icon of Intelligence. Safest Drive. Strongest Chassis. Every element of the display reinforced that promise.
Two Exceptional Vehicles on Display
We brought two vehicles to Mall of the Emirates: the IM LS7 and the IM LS9. Together, they represent the full scope of what IM Motors stands for, intelligence, safety, performance, and range.
Visitors moved between both vehicles throughout the day. Each one told a different story. Together, they painted a complete picture of the IM Motors philosophy.
IM LS7: Redefining What an Electric SUV Can Be
The IM LS7 was the first vehicle guests encountered. It set the tone from the start. The LS7 is built around two ideas: safety and performance. It delivers on both without compromise.

The drag coefficient of 0.268 impressed guests with an eye for detail. That aerodynamic precision is not accidental. Every dimension of the LS7 is calculated for efficiency and stability.
Size matters in the SUV segment. The LS7 is substantial:

Priced at 195,000 AED, it offers serious value for the performance and technology on offer.
Safety Certifications That Build Trust
We walked guests through two globally respected safety assessments backing the LS7. The certifications are not just badges. They reflect the genuine engineering choices made throughout the vehicle’s development.
The submarine cage structure uses high-proportion submarine-grade steel. Seven airbags cover the full cabin. The structure is built to protect in real-world accidents, not just controlled tests.
Visitors responded strongly to the safety story. Parents, in particular, asked detailed questions. We answered every one.
PVSS and Intelligent Driver Assistance
The Proactive Vision Supplement System drew a consistent crowd throughout the day.
The system eliminates common blind spots through four intelligent modes:
- A-pillar Vision Supplement
- Rear Side Vision Supplement
- Rear Vision Supplement
- Rainy Night Mode
In Dubai’s busy traffic environment, these features are genuinely useful. Visitors understood that immediately.
The One Touch iAD system also delivered strong reactions. Four autonomous functions, parking, side parking, escape, and reverse, all triggered with a single touch. We ran live demonstrations and guests were clearly impressed.
Chassis and Ride Technology
We highlighted the LS7’s full chassis package at the event:
- Advanced Air Suspension for a smooth ride
- Front 4-piston Fixed Brake Calipers for sharp stopping power
- Active Damping Control System for real-time road adaptation
- Advanced Electric Power Steering for precise handling
- Pilot Sport EV tires for maximum grip
Together, these components form the All-Star Chassis that underpins every IM LS7. Visitors who sat inside and adjusted the suspension settings noticed the difference instantly.
IM LS9: Long Range Reimagined
The IM LS9 brought a different dimension to the display. Where the LS7 leads with performance, the LS9 leads with endurance.
The LS9 runs on an 800V High-Voltage EREV Platform, the first of its kind in its class. This architecture enables extraordinary capabilities:
- 1,508 km combined range (CLTC)
- 402 km of pure EV range (CLTC)
- 52 kWh Super Freevoy Battery option
- 66 kWh Super Freevoy Battery, the largest in mass production in its segment
- 275.5 kW discharge power at low state of charge, an industry-leading figure
- Stellar Super Extended-Range: 1,500+ km combined range
Visitors who asked about range anxiety left the conversation completely reassured. The LS9 removes that concern entirely. Its numbers are simply in a different league.
A Premium Interior Experience
Both vehicles offered guests a premium interior to explore. Nappa Leather seating, a Star Dome Panoramic Glass Roof, and the StarFall Front Windshield created an atmosphere of refined quality.
The rear Zero-Gravity Seat was a highlight for nearly every visitor. Heated, ventilated, massaging, and fully adjustable, it turned the back seat into a first-class cabin.
Storage space also impressed. The LS7 offers 733L in the rear and 56L at the front. Rear passengers enjoy 1,032mm of headroom and 1,435mm of legroom. It is genuinely spacious.
A Successful Launch Day
5 May was a strong day for us. The Mall of the Emirates location brought in a premium audience. Professionals, families, and EV-curious visitors all engaged with both vehicles.
Demo drive registrations were strong. Conversations were detailed and genuine. The interest in both the LS7 and LS9 confirmed that the UAE market is ready for what IM Motors offers.
We are proud of how the day unfolded. It was the right car, in the right place, on the right day.
